Well, Where to start. I have just completed the May 200hr Yoga Teacher Training session at Ubud Yoga House. A great spot with a superb team. Sheila an Nicole lead most of the session with some of the best teaches joining and delivering multiple ‘Asana lab’ and workshop sessions. The real outstanding element for me was the group size. Unlinke some of the outhe centres that have up to 30 people, we had 5. It was very intimate and we got lots of hands on attention. I was recommended UYH but a dear friend who had just completed a 2 week ‘yoga’ holiday to Bali and he had said this was his favourite spot. The location in Ubud is fantastic. Thank you Shiela, Nicole and the entire team it was a n absolute pleasure.
