MICHAEL HENRI (RYT 500, MPty, BHK)

is a highly experienced Physiotherapist from Canada who has worked in public and private practices, hospitals, and orthopedic clinics all over the world. Having dealt with some of the most common and complex injuries, he’s broadly trained and tremendously knowledgeable.

Michael received his 200 HR Yoga certification under Paul Teodo and Byron de Marsé in 2020. Upon completion, he immediately started working (and teaching) alongside his mentors and integrated functional anatomy into their curriculum to support new yoga teachers in teaching safely and effectively.
Michael is committed to delivering the practice of yoga in such a way that alignment, cueing and sequencing makes sense and can be more easily remembered and understood.

Michael’s teaching style is simple, useful, and to the point. By leaving out the unnecessary, he teaches students exactly what they need to know. This applies to both his yoga mobility classes and anatomy courses.
