Nicole

Nicole is a passionate yoga teacher with a strong background in education and a deep love for fitness and movement.

She is devoted to cultivating a meaningful mind–body connection and has a natural ability to hold space, teaching and sharing knowledge from the heart.

Her classes are creative, inspiring, uplifting, and motivating, offering intelligent sequences that are breath-led and grounded in precise alignment.

Her unique teaching style strengthens the body while thoughtfully challenging the mind.
Nicole has furthered her studies in Yin Yoga, Yin Yang yoga , Sophisticated Sequencing and The Art of Assisting; hands on adjustment , which has expanded her curiosity and passion for movement and mindfulness.

Nicole has co-facilitated teacher trainings, retreats and immersions creating space for students to embrace a ‘soft & strong’ approach to their practice and daily life. She is a former secondary school teacher, a Yoga Alliance–certified 500hour RYT, and a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
